Description of the simulator

These are complex interactive information systems created on the basis of the model of your enterprise, that allow you to change the processes reaction rate and include technical, mathematical, software and educational and methodological support. The simulator provides the process personnel with the development of stable practical skills of safe startup and shutdown of technological processes, their maintenance under normal operating conditions, as well as correct actions in emergency situations.

The RTsim simulator fully complies with the requirements of paragraph 2.11 of the Federal norms and regulations in the field of industrial safety: "General rules on explosion safety for explosive- and fire-hazardous chemical, petrochemical plants and oil refineries":

  • The dynamic model of the process as close to real as possible;
  • Real controlling means.

The simulator contains a virtual instructor and an expert system, that provides an opportunity to independently study the theory and practice of safe operation of explosion-and fire-hazardous technological objects and test practical management skills without the obligatory involvement of a real instructor. But there is also the possibility of remote instruction and even intervention in the technological process to create unexpected situations. The possibility of remote training of personnel even before the completion of the object construction.
